Larson Fowles, PLLC

Dwayne C. Fowles is a partner and one of the founding members of Larson Fowles, PLLC. He was raised in Lind, Washington, and he attended Brigham Young University, where he received an undergraduate degree, a masters degree, and his Juris Doctor (J.D.), cum laude. Dwayne has been practicing law for more than twenty years.

Dwayne focuses his practice on estate planning, probate administration, business law, real estate transactions, agricultural law, and litigation. Dwayne assists clients with planning their estates of all sizes, including the formation of trusts and the representation of personal representatives and trustees. Dwayne’s business experience includes entity formation, buy-sell agreements among business owners, the sale and acquisition of businesses and assets, and other business transactions. Dwayne’s litigation experience includes personal injury, business, commercial, agricultural, property, and probate disputes. Dwayne advises on all types of real estate transactions, including commercial leases, farm leases, easement agreements, options to purchase, rights of first refusal, and water agreements.
